Service Description

- Yoga is a moving meditation that brings relaxed awareness to the mind and releases stagnation from the body. - During a private yoga session you will be guided into postures that match your current strength, flexibility, and endurance level. While receiving guidance on how to use correct body mechanics in each movement to avoid injury and receive maximum benefit. -The sessions are designed to overtime provide you with the confidence and competence in maintaining a practicing yoga that is your own. -A series of yoga classes can be designed to support recovering from injury, surgery, or illness to support neuromuscular reeducation. -The main goal of each class is to help each student live more easefully in their body.
