Through considering postural patterns, movement dysfunction, nervous system dysregulation, and tension each session is a dance of relaxation, movement, and breath. With a diverse set of skills and tools Lauren may incorporate slow deep pressure for neuromuscular release, Thai stretches, cupping/ hot stone/ and gua sha tool for lasting results.
