Introduction to Meditation Sessions
Individualized support in developing a Meditation practice.

Explore different techniques for meditation and receive one-on-one guidance on how to develop a practice of meditation. Tools for grounding the body and nervous system will be applied as we engage with sitting in concentration. Find your way to stillness through creating and understanding a practice that is currently suited for you. Each session will move at the pace you are ready for, applying creative approaches to meet the needs of the participant.
